Following Terms and conditions are considered accepted whenever you place an order:
- You must be at least 18 years of age (Swiss Law) to order any of the items on sale.
- Our location is Brissago, Switzerland, which is also the POS (Point Of Sale) for all incoming orders, regardless of the buyer's location.
This means that all purchases are made under Swiss Law.
- All the items on sale are perfectly legal. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the receipt of any particular item is legal
in his/her country, checking it with the custom office in his/her country before purchase and decide accordingly.
This applies specially for all custom declaration and/or payment of custom fees and duties.
- If you opt for uninsured delivery the parcel will not be registered without possibility to locate it, and you should understand the
risks involved!! Not registered parcels don't have a tracking number and we will not be liable for any loss or damage which can occour
if you choose uninsured delivery.Pipes or larger quantities of tobacco will automatically be sent by insured mail
without prior notice and you will be charged for it. This applies also to some "sensitive" Countries.
- We are pipesmokers, and we do know how difficult it is to buy a pipe on-line... For this reason, we offer a full money-back guarantee: If you
purchase a pipe from us and when you received it, you regret having bought it, let us know and we will have you send it back to us for a full
refund of the pipe price (excluding shipping). Obviously, the pipe must be unsmoked and in the condition it was first packaged in. If, on the
other hand, you have already smoked the pipe, you may return it only if a problem surfaced after the pipe has been smoked: the problem has to
be caused by flawed material or workmanship. Once we receive the pipe and determine that the problem is indeed due to manufacturing, the pipe
will be replaced (by a pipe on our site, of similar or superior value). No refund is available in this case.
Please contact us with all the questions you deem necessary if you're not sure of how small/large a pipe is; we will do our best to present the pipes as truly as possible and we also provide accurate measurements. This will save us both a lot of time, money and energy.
- Our On-Line SecureForm is NOT a payment Form: Sending us your order and payment details through our SecureForm, your Credit Card will NOT be
charged for any amount!! After we received your order we will collect the goods and prepare the parcel and only when everything is ready to be
shipped we will process the payment transaction. We think this is fair enough to not take any money from you, before we are sure that your
order can be fulfilled, as "out of stock" situations can always happen and a particular pipe can be sold just before you will order it.
